ACCIDENT?
Accidents are not something anyone wants to get caught up in. When they do happen, they are usually a sign that one of many things are going to happen. Many people are not aware that when you are in an accident that you can request your own towing service to tow your vehicle to the police officer handling the accident and do not have to settle for just any towing company. Do not take the risk of having further damages done to your vehicle and/or deal with terrible customer service after the fact. Assured Towing will take away all of those concerns by providing the most innovative and professionally trained drivers to date. They will pick up your vehicle from the accident site and then bring it to any place you would like it delivered to or bring it back to one of their Vehicle Storage Facilities and handle the insurance companies for you from their. If You Are in an Accident.
CALL (512) 292-9TOW(869) and tell the police officer at the scene of the accident that you request Assured Towing and that you have already called them are if you like, they will call us for you. You must use a city approved permitted tower called by the police or a tower specially authorized to tow in the city where you've had the accident. Assured Towing is approved! Don't let another tower take your car without your knowledge or approval. It's illegal for tow trucks to chase business by racing to accidents. The tower must bring your car to its storage facility or a place of your choice in a nearby area.
Check Your Car Carefully Before It's Towed.
Take out all valuables, including those in the trunk and glove compartment. Note any damage to your car. Your vehicle will be very secure at Assured Towing, but you will want to remove your purse and all other items that you will possibly need, especially your ID or Driver's License so that you will be able to use it during this time and prove who you are when it is asked. Also, if you have not been to your car, and the insurance company picks up the vehicle to have it transported to a body shop or elsewhere for repair, you may not have another chance to retrieve these items.
