His passion is fishing and hunting, and when he is not doing that, he is part of the Lone Star BBQ & Chili Team. He feels strongly about family and family values. His mission and goals for the future all surround building the first true Private Property Impound Towing franchise Statewide, then Nationwide. He feels that the only way this will happen is by breaking the box wide open and unleashing the ultimate customer service that his clients are thirsting for. Jess Horton is Vice President of Operations at Assured Towing, Inc., Co-Founder and current board member of the Towing Education Council, Vice-President of the Austin Towing Association, Vice-President of the SouthWest Tow Operators, a National Towing Association. His passion is his children and the many things they are involved in. Jess is also part of the Lone Star BBQ & Chili Team. He is strongly committed to his family. His mission and goals for the future of Assured Towing, Inc. are deeply rooted in the education of Drivers and has been pushing for a unilateral statewide certification system, or special licensing by the State of Texas. Jess has over 16 years experience in the towing industry and is marked as one of the "hardest working persons in towing". His unlimited knowledge of the towing industry and his unique and uncanny "feel for the future" attitude has helped lead Assured Towing, Inc. to where it is today and help guide it where it will go tomorrow.
