Our drivers receive training throughout the year on many levels and topics on towing styles, safety, new and modern equipment and usage of them, safety, different situations in accident recovery and assistance, safety, proper ways to tow each and every vehicle made on the market, safety, proper ways to approach a customer and dealing with situations of an angry owner of a vehicle when their auto has been impounded, and did we mention safety.
Assured Towing, Inc. is unique in many ways when it comes to training our drivers above their normal level of expertise and professionalism. One of those unique things is our Training Facility. This Training Facility is specially used to train our drivers in every type of collision techniques and towing procedures. It consists of many different sections for the training, including a giant crater to help train our drivers in rollover and just about any other accident situation.
Our drivers know that we base our company on Superior Customer Satisfaction, so they are trained to attain just that. They know there is no tolerance for mistakes and bad judgment calls. We are proud of the leadership our drivers have taken in this area and we salute them for this!
Probably the most unique item about our Training System for our Drivers is our "One Way" approach of of doing things. Our Drivers are trained to do the same type of tows the same way, each and every time. This also means the way they recognize violations on properties. They are trained what is acceptable and what is not. They know that even the slightest deviation form the accepted violation type calls for very strict consequences, probably the harshest in the industry. They do it our way, your way, or not at all. There is NO "Gray" areas. And with our multiple picture perfect photograph requirements, we keep a terrific track of those violations.
