If you are picking up a vehicle that was impounded, please follow the instructions below:
Vehicle Information Required
In order to redeem your vehicle, please have the following information available at time of release:

Make, Model and Color of the vehicle you are picking up;

License Plate and or Vehicle Identification Number (VIN);

Valid Driver's License and/or Government Issued Photo Identification Card( for example: a passport, military ID card, etc..);

Proof of Ownership( for example: a valid vehicle registration, title, right of possession affidavit). The last name and address on the title or registration must match your Driver's License or Government Issued ID Card. If it does not, a Right of Possession Affidavit must be filled out and notarized by a Licensed Public of Notary before the vehicle is to be released.
- INSURANCE CARDS ARE ACCEPTABLE PROOF OF OWNERSHIP! Name must match what is on the Registration of the Vehicle or Title.
- All fees are to be paid by cash or debit card.
- If a "Hold" has been placed on your vehicle by any police agency, you must obtain a release from that agency that has placed the Hold on your vehicle.
It is our top priority to release your vehicle as swiftly as possible. Please bring all of the above items to make sure that it goes that way.
